Running With the Herd Live returned Monday night with a potpourri of topics and chit chat. This week, JP and I discussed Vincent Trocheck’s development, how much we hate All Star games, the worst rules in sports, and the Florida Panthers treatment of the Rampage. I also offered up an apology and we were joined by a familiar face from the past via the telephonic device.

Next week, we will recap the week of action vs. Texas and Charlotte and prepare ourselves for a month without live hockey.
